Yoga Poses to Enhance your Sex Life

Did you know doing yoga and holding yoga poses can totally change your sex life?

Many experts say that holding yoga poses can help with lubrication, arousal, and reaching organisms. What could be better? Whether your struggling with your sex life and or feeling blah on your own, try these 3 yoga poses to increase your flexibility, enhance your desires, and make you feel more confident during sex.

There is no need to become an expert yogi or stress about perfecting these poses. We suggest just trying them out and feeling comfortable enough to test this phenomena for yourself. :)))

*If you struggle to do any of these poses, there are modifications. We recommend doing them to the best of your ability and not getting hurt by pushing yourself too hard.

Bridge Pose
(Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)

The bridge pose allows for increased blood flow to the pelvic area and for the opening of your legs, while lying on your back. While it looks like a pain in the ass, this pose really makes your ~performance~ step up its game. It can be very useful during sex when lying on your back to help decrease the feeling of a stretch when your legs are held open for long periods of time (if you get my drift).

Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

Cobra pose will invigorate you energetically and facilitate arousal. Plus it’s a GREAT stomach stretch. It helps to stretch the muscles between the ribs and allows your rib cage to expand and to increase breathing capacity. Cobra pose also squeezes the adrenal glands, giving you a feeling of alertness and vigor, and can increase sex drive. Basically, it gets you going more than an Arctic Monkeys song.

Hold this pose for up to 30 seconds and repeat for 1-3 times for best results!!!

Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana)

Plank Pose helps to strengthen the upper body, specifically the arms, wrists, core and spine. It can be useful during sex if you are on top or doing sex positions where you might have to hold your own body weight.
