The 4 Best Coats for Your Spring Wardrobe
The calendar tells us that it's officially March, but our weather app clearly hasn’t been informed. Even though it is still damn cold in Cuseland, we are definitely ready to shed our puffy parkas and dress for the spring season. Since warm weather won’t actually hit until late April to early May, coats are still a requirement — but that doesn’t mean we have to look like we’re straight out of 8 Below. Here are the four best coats to get us through the in-between season.
1.The pastel one
This fluffy Urban Outfitters coat will keep you warm, but the light blue color is sweet and spring-y. It is the perfect piece to throw on for a long day of classes, and the color will brighten up your day.
2. The furry one
Faux fur jackets gave us life during the winter, but dark fur is way too much for spring. Instead, try a shaggy white jacket for a fresh take on the trend.
3. The cozy one
Sometimes we just want be soft and snuggly, and this blanket wrap coat from ASOS is the perfect thing. It is as comfy as your pajama robe but fashion-y enough to turn heads on the street.
4. The bomber one
Even though it’s a balmy 6 degrees outside, Syracuse is known for keeping buildings toasty. When you’ll be in and out all day, it’s a great chance to layer a light jacket underneath a heavier one. For a cool lightweight coat that will transition well into the warmer days, try this printed bomber jacket.
